No Excuses, training through a pandemic !
Lily started to train with us before the pandemic and was a blue belt when the world turned upside down in 2020.
It showed amazing dedication that she continued to train with us on zoom (not ideal), then outdoors in our backyard while wearing masks until we were all vaccinated.
In spite of the obstacles, she showed great commitment, and continues to advance in ranks. She has great skill, focus, and determination, especially for someone so young, even when thrown a curve like the pandemic.
We hope she’ll go all the way to blackbelt where ever we may teach our classes!
